ORDER
This petition has been filed by the accused to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to enmity, one Hemalatha has lodged a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the same, the second respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.
3. Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that since one Hemalatha has lodged a complaint, the petitioner was called only for enquiry purpose and he was not subjected to any harassment.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the complainant with regard to the allegation made in the complaint and if the said enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register a case and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
proceed further in accordance with law. Instead of that, he should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.
5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
