ORDER

The operative portion of the order dated 05.07.2010 in W.P.No.10148 of 2008 as follows:

"The Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 1 to3 to consider the appointment of the petitioner as Village Assistant i the existing/future vacancies, in accordance with law."

2. Which means in the case of vacancies, if he is otherwise qualified, he has to apply and on receipt of call letter, he has to participate in the selection process.

3. The petitioner has averred about the earlier selection process and it can never be construed as non-compliance. Hence, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. There is no order as to costs. 04.07.2024 ssi Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes /No 2/4
