This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to admit the petitioner's nephew Master M.Nesan, S/o R.Murugesan, residing at H.Pudupatty Village and Post, Pappireddipatty Taluk, Dharmapuri District, into XI Standard Science Group for the academic year 2024-25.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one week from today.
