Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for a direction to the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Madhukkarai to frame issues in O.S.No.76 of 2023 (Old O.S.No.535 of 2016) and dispose of the suit within a time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.76 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Madhukkarai.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 13.12.2024, I called 2/4

for a report from the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate to state as to how long he requires to dispose of O.S.No.76 of 2023.

3. The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Madhukkarai has sent a report stating that the suit in O.S.No.76 of 2023 has been adjourned to 04.02.2025 for framing of issues. Therefore, he requests three months time to dispose of the said suit.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Madhukkarai to dispose of O.S.No.76 of 2023 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
