The petitioner/third accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.671 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that the first accused had originally stabbed the father of the defacto complainant for which FIR in Cr.No. 307 of 2023 had been registered by the respondent. In that, the first accused had been granted the relief and after coming out on bail, the accused Nos. 1 to 3 had committed the present offence.

3. This is continuation of the earlier offence I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Petition stands dismissed.
