ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.G.Ranjani, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the encroachment alleged has been removed by the respondent authorities.

3. Since the encroachment has been removed as stated by learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
