Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents submits that the cement road measuring 0.0022.00 sq. m. (236.75 sq. ft.) was removed on 15.03.2024 by the Third Respondent and he has filed compliance report dated 19.03.2024 to that effect along with photographs in that regard, which are placed on record.

In view of the same, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition, which has been disposed by order dated 20.12.2023 passed by the Court.
