PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2023 on its file within a time fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.29 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Vandavasi,

2. When the matter came up for admission on 03.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the said suit.

3. The learned District Munsif, Vandavasi (FAC) has submitted a report stating that though he has been posted as Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, he has taken full additional charge of Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi, Principal District Munsif, Cheyyar & Additional District 3/6

Munsif, Cheyyar. The report further states that the newly appointed officer for the District Munsif Court, Vandavasi is expected to take charge only after four months, as he is undergoing training at Tamil Nadu Judicial Academy and therefore, he requests six months time to dispose of the said suit.

4.Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai District to dispose of O.S.No.29 of 2023 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
