While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 20.01.2020, this Court directed the learned Principal District Judge, Erode, to dispose of O.S.No.556 of 2008, within a period of three weeks from the date on which the order copy was made ready.

2. Thereafter, in an earlier occasion, this Court has received a communication from the learned Principal District Judge, Erode, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 06.05.2020. On being satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned Trial Judge, this Court has granted a further period of three months to comply with the order.

3. Again on 08.12.2020, this Court has received a letter from the learned Principal District Judge (FAC), Erode for extension of time for the disposal of O.S.No.556 of 2008.

4. On perusal of the letter dated 08.12.2020, the learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within a time frame.

5. Accordingly, the time sought for by the learned Principal District Judge, Erode (FAC), is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 20.01.2020 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

6. Registry is directed to furnish a copy of this order to the learned Principal District Judge, Erode, (FAC).
