This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 232 days in filing the criminal appeal petition against the order dated 03.06.2023 in CC.No.471 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 232 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
