The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceeding No.4469/D1/2017 dated 04.10.2017 of the first respondent and direct the second respondent to register the document memorandum of deposit of the title deeds dated 16.03.2017 submitted by the LIC Housing Finance Ltd., in respect of the property bearing door No.40/1, 40/2, 40/3 and 40/4, 12th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-83.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not interested to proceed with the present case and hence, he is not pressing the writ petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
