This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report relating to the Crime No.407 of 2001. (Man Missing) 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the man missing FIR is pending before the respondent police.

4.The respondent police is directed to strictly follow the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari Vs The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar [Crl.O.P.No.(MD) 19255 of 2016 dated 18.09.2018] and continue with the investigation.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
