This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein and his sub-ordinates to give effective and adequate police protection for the installation of CCTV Camera in the petitioner's residence situated in No.2/17, Kallupalaiyathar Garden, Aramathampalayam, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2023.

2. The petitioner herein seeks police protection to install CCTV Camera in his land. Since the private respondents are objecting to the same, the petitioner made representation dated 21.10.2023 before the respondent Police. Alleging that no action is being taken by the respondent Police on the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2023, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate states that the representation of the petitioner is under active consideration and necessary orders will be passed within two weeks.

4. Considering the above submissions, the writ petition stands disposed off. No costs.
