Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third Respondent herein to dispose of Petitioner patta transfer applications made online vide Applications No. 2019/0105/07/237119 and 2019/0105/07/237120 dated 04.11.2019 and consequently to issue patta in Survey Nos. 231/5 - Acre 1.00 cent situated at Ethappatu Revenue Village and Survey 573/2 - Acre 1.85 cent and 573/2 - Acre 0.7 1/2 cent situated at Melvailamoor Revenue Village, Melamalayanur Taluk, Villupuram District in favour of the Petitioner herein within a period fixed by this Court.
