This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.25451 of 2024 order dated 18.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 32 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25451 of 2024 on 18.10.2024 in para No.8(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
