2. The applicant would contend that the arbitrator forwarded only the xerox copy of the award. The applicant has filed the envelope in which the award has been enclosed.

3. Considering the fact that the applicant has received the xerox copy from the arbitrator, production of the certified copy of the award dated 06.06.2019 is dispensed with.
