C.R.P. PD SR. 127121 of 2019 C.M.P. 26928 of 2019 in C.R.P.NPD 3746 of 2019 V.BHARATHIDASAN Earlier, this Court by an order dated 18.12.2019 directed the petitioner tenant to pay the remaining amount of Rs.6,00,000/- on or before 31.01.2020, and further directed to pay the monthly rent at the rate of Rs.40,000/- per month to the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter listed for reporting compliance, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, as per the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- in three instalments by way of demand draft, and also paid a sum of Rs.40,000/- towards rent upto November 2019. He has also submitted affidavit of service to that effect. The learned counsel has further submitted that, the petitioner will pay the rent for remaining months on or before 15th March 2020.

4. Considering his submissions, the petitioner is directed to pay the rent for remaining months on or before 15.03.2020 to the respondent, and also directed to pay future rent without any default to the respondent.
