CMP.No.29207 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 1880 days in filing the Application for impleading the legal heirs of the Appellants/Claimants.

2.CMP.No.29210 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record Petitioners 3 to 5 namely (1)Amavyasa Shanthi Devi, (2)Dedray Krishnaveni and (3)Amavyasa Venkatasiva Rambabu all residing at Gandhi Nagar, Gudur Town, Nellore District 524 102 as Appellants 3 to 5 in CMA.No.3050/2009.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, these Petitions are ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment.
