The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 171 days in representing the Application for impleading the legal heirs for the appellants/claimants.

2. Mr.M.Vijay Anand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the implead petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main appeal on 22.12.2023 (i.e.,Tomorrow).
