This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 7(b) in order dated 19.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11455 of 2023 in Crime No.152 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and final report has been filed before the Trial Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11455 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation and also before the learned Judicial Magistrate- II, Alandur on all hearing dates.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
