This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, in Crl.M.P.No.3610 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024 that "the petitioner/accused is hereby directed to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m. and shall sign until further orders".
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Erode, in Crl.M.P.No.3610 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024 that "the petitioner/accused is hereby directed to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m and shall sign, until further orders" is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
