O R D E R

The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 4(1)(A), 4(1-A) 1/4

of TNP Amendment Act, 2024 in Crime No.721 of 2025 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 110 litres of Pondy Liquor (two polythene bags containing 55 litres each) and 386 bottles of brandy each 180 ml. Hence, the case.

3.This Court by order dated 21.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23140 of 2025 dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. Now, once again, the very same submissions had been reiterated before this Court. 4.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner and there is no change in circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 18.09.2025 smv 2/4
