This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order in W.P.No.18258 of 2020 dated 12.03.2025.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 67 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
