ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction upon the official respondents to dispose of his representation dated 28.08.2017. Perusal of the representation shows that there is a serious personal dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5.

2.The petitioner claims that the land belongs to the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, but stated to be in enjoyment of political party and there was an organisation functioning in the said property for 29 years and further alleges that the husband 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the fifth respondent forcibly removed the party flag and when a police complaint was lodged as against the fifth respondent's husband, they produced a sale deed dated 05.02.2009, stating that they have purchased the property. It is submitted that the petitioner came to know about the same only on 10.10.2015. Therefore, has requested for conducting a detailed enquiry and take appropriate immediate action against the buyer and seller. 3.In the representation, the petitioner has not set out as to what is his right over the property. There appears to be a personal dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5. These issues cannot be directed to be adjudicated by the authorities, that too, by issuing a direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, the relief sought for in the representation dated 28.08.

2017, cannot be directed to be granted. However, it goes without saying that if the property is a property of the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, it will be well open to them to take appropriate action for resuming the property, which has been illegally taken over either by an organisation or by certain private parties. For such purpose, no direction is required from the Court and it is for the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board to take appropriate action.

4.With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
