This application has been filed to permit the petitioner/third party to implead the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent / petitioner as respondent / proposed respondents 6 to 11 in the above application. 2.Heard both sides. There is no serious objection on the side of the respondents in allowing the application.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and of the fact that bringing the legal heirs on record, this application is ordered, accordingly.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint and the plaintiff is directed to file the amended copy by 19.03.2024.
