O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2019, wherein and whereby, he sought for permission to run Aavin booth or tea shop at the 5th respondent Hospital.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner,+ as it is for the concerned authorities to consider and decide. Since the limited prayer sought of in this writ petition is to consider the said representation, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, only with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
