When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have already reinstated the petitioner back into the service.

2. Since the respondents have already reinstated the petitioner into the service, the disobedience alleged in the Contempt Petition cannot be termed to be willful in nature.
