O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant seeking cancellation of bail granted to the 2nd respondent/accused in Crl.O.P.No.12701 of 2022 on the ground that that there are violation of condition imposed by this Court in condition 7(b), directing the bail petitioner to make payment of Rs.2 lakhs to the defacto complainant. 1/4

2. This Court sent notice to the 1st respondent and the counsel also entered appearance and when the matter was called, he reported that he was not able to get instructions inspite of his best efforts to contact his clients.

3. This Court on going through the order passed by this Court finds that, it is specifically stated that, if the petitioner has not come forward to execute the surety and comply the condition within a period of two weeks, the order shall stand automatically cancelled and that being the case, the bail automatically cancelled, however considering submissions made before me, the bail granted to the 1st respondent in Crl.O.P.No.12701 of 2022 is hereby cancelled and the respondent police shall arrest the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 25.11.2025 sma 2/4
