Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to depute the surveyor to survey the land bearing situated at Vadanemelli in Old Survey No.346/2 measuring in total 1.80 acre out of which 3.60 acre in northern side now it was sub divided as survey No.346/2A1A, 346/213A1, 346/2A3A3A, 346/2A5A, 346/2B Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District by fixing the boundary stone based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2017.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that on instructions, he has chosen to withdraw the writ petition. So he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
