2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above Application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the said affidavit. Accordingly, this Application is ordered.

3. The Applicant/petitioner is directed to effect paper publication for the respondent in a local English news daily, having wide circulation in the city of Chennai by mentioning the date of hearing 16.12.2024.
