This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24092 of 2024 on 30.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders, without fail.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24092 of 2024 on 30.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
