This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(B) of Crl.O.P.No.25184 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner had complied with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25184 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
