O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents herein to survey and earmark the four boundaries of property comprised in S.No.426/1B2B, situated at Sulur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, by processing the petitioner's application No.2025/0105/12/617469 dated 25.02.2025 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is the power agent of Lakshmi Narasimhan @ Narasimhaa Venkatapathi Lakshmi as per the power of attorney, vide document No.3178 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 for property comprised in 2/5

S.No.426/1B2B, situated at Sulur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District. In order to survey the said land, the petitioner submitted an application before the first and second respondents and also paid requisite fees for the same. So far the first and second respondents did not take any steps to survey and demarcate the land belongs to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition.

In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's aforesaid land based on the title deed produced by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and to serve the survey report to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that, if the surveyor concerned is obstructed by third parties while surveying the subject land, the said surveyor can approach the jurisdictional police seeking police aid and on such request, the jurisdictional police shall provide adequate police protection to the surveyor.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
