[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] The petitioners seek leave to file writ appeals against the order dated 20.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.26328 of 2024.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, as the present petitioners / proposed appellants are similarly placed like the writ petitioner who originally filed W.P.No.26328 of 2024 and an order has been passed by the writ Court on 20.09.2020 dismissing the said writ petition, which is impugned in the proposed writ appeals, we are inclined to allow these petitions, accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
