This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the above appeal.

Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel, who undertakes to file vakalat for first respondent, submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

Despite service of notice to second respondent and his name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
