ORDER

The above miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing a petition to set aside the order of dismissal dated 01.07.2024 in W.P.No.26518 of 2012.

2. This Court, by an order dated 01.07.2024 has dismissed W.P.No.26518 of 2012 for non-prosecution.

3. Ms.G.Sumithra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that her name was not printed in the cause list on both the dates i.e., on 12.06.2024 and 21.06.2024, instead, the name of the erstwhile counsel was printed. Therefore, she was https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

not aware of the listing of the case on the said dates. Accordingly, the case was dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated by the counsel for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is ordered, and the writ petition in W.P.No.26518 of 2012 is restored to the file of this Court.
