The petitioner has filed the present petition to suspend the sentence of imprisonment in the judgment dated 30.03.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge (II Addl.

Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act), Chennai in CC.No.68 of 2015 and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Post the main case as per the seniority.
