A.NO.6505 OF 2023 IN C.S.NO.12 OF 2020 A.NO.6505 OF 2023 IN C.S.NO.12 OF 2020 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

This application is filed by the applicant / plaintiff to receive and mark the additional documents.

2.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff that at the time of marking the copies of the cheques, originals were given to the defendants. Now, the applicant / plaintiff has obtained statement of accounts from the concerned Bank to prove his stand. Apart from that, the other documents in original are available.

3.Learned counsel for the respondents / defendants seek time to file counter.

4.However, this Court is of the view that it is only an application seeking leave of this Court to receive and mark additional documents and therefore, no counter is required. If at all there is any objection with regard to the documents, the same can be made at the time of marking the documents. N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.
