ORDER

Earlier, this court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8286 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025 and the relevant portion of the order reads as follows:

"7.Accordingly, considering the voluntary submission, the petiioner is directed to make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.3 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2025 within a period of four weeks before the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore, without prejudice to the right of the defence before the Trial Court, on such deposit and production of proff, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which the petitioner for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further conditions that;"

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition, which included depositing Rs.3 lakhs into

the credit of the crime number. Hence, another bail application has been filed before this court.

3. I am of the view that a second anticipatory bail of this nature is not maintainable since the petitioner is already granted bail. However, I am inclined to extend the time for complying with the earlier condition.
