Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.3159 of 2024 is ordered.

2. The petitioners are permitted to effect substituted service of notice on the respondents 3 and 4 by paper publication.

The paper publication shall be effected on or before 26.02.2024 in any one of the Tamil Dailies having wide circulation in Thiruvannamalai Taluk for hearing on 11.03.2024.
