ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed complaining of the willful disobedience of the order dated 11.06.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 10373 of 2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.K.Surendran, the learned Additional Government Pleader, produced the order dated 08.01.2025, pleading compliance with the order of this Court.

3. It can be seen that by the said order, the proposal has been considered and rejected. Since the order of this Court was only to consider the proposal, the order has been complied with. However, since the petitioner in the contempt petition has a grievance, it will be open for him to challenge the order in the manner known to law.

4. In view thereof, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs. 10.01.2025 nsl 2/3
