This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 18.11.2023 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the fourth respondent in dated 23.11.2023, thereby transferred and posted the petitioner from St. Thomas Mount to Kancheepuram District.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Considering the submissions and endorsements made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands
