This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12610 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14787 of 2023, dated 22.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.
