PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 and 4 respondents to consider the petitioner representations dated 16.02.2024 30.03.2024 and 27.06.2024 and consequently direct the respondents to 1/4

add the petitioner name as Molavayi in the revenue records based on the supportive documents in connections with old Survey no.137/13 and the new survey numbers:583/4, 583/5, 583/6, 583/7 and 583/12 and patta no.1552.

ORDER

The respondent by not considering a simple request of the petitioner for adding the petitioner's name as Molavayi in the revenue records adds to the backlog of this Court.

2.The petitioner contention is that her name is Molavayi and she is known by the name Ramayi. In the revenue records name has been recorded as Ramayi. To correct the same she has sent several representations to the first and fourth respondents on 16.02.2024 30.03.2024 and 27.06.2024 and the same has not been considered to date. Therefore, considering the above facts a mandamus is issued to respondents 1 and 4 to consider the aforesaid representations of the petitioner along with the supported documents and pass orders thereon within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
