This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner in S.C.No.27 of 2014 pending before the Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal on dated 16.08.2019.

2. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court (Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal) and file a petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such surrender and filing of the petition, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the said petition (either to allow or dismiss) on the same day, without any adjournment.
