This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, imposed in Crl.M.P.No.14782 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14785 of 2023, dated 19.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
