ORDER
The contempt petition No.2173 of 2023 was closed basing upon the compliance reported by the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Ms.No.13, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare (AH5-2) Department, dated 22.02.2024. However, now it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents have not released any of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
benefits that are payable to the petitioner pursuant to the said G.O.Ms.No.13 as on date. However, Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate submitted that the review application filed before the Hon'ble Apex Court is pending. But that cannot be a ground for not releasing the benefits that are due to the petitioner and this Court is of the considered view that the respondents have not complied with the order passed by this Court in its strict sense.

In the circumstances, the contempt petition is reopened. Accordingly, the sub application is ordered.
