ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 05.08.2025 for fixation of guideline value with respect to the subject property

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the guideline value was already fixed and hence, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
