ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 1 st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 12.08.2025,

whereby, he sought to rectify the mistakes in the patta as per G.O.Ms.No.385 dated 17.08.2004.

2.Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. 4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioners dated 12.08.2025 has not been considered by the 1 st respondent so far.

5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, as it is for the 1 st respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ

petition is disposed of, only by directing the 1 st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried out by the 1 st respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
