This application has been filed by the applicant to pass an order of payment out directing the Registrar General of this Court to pay out a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees thirteen lakhs only) lying to the credit of the Arb.O.P (Com.Div) No.283 of 2023 to the applicant herein.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
